We plan on putting epoxy coating on the garage floor.

Before we even put a car in the garage we plan on putting epoxy coating on the floor. We have had so many other garages without epoxy coating on the floor and they have always looked horrible. Have you ever tried cleaning a garage floor that does not have epoxy coating? It is next to impossible to get it looking decent without having the epoxy coating on the garage floor. Each drip of oil stains a garage floor without epoxy coating. So we agreed that we plan on staying in this home for many years and once the garage is built the first thing we are going to do is put epoxy coating on it.
